Database Environment Paper
This database environment paper contains info about a database environment for an art museum. The art museum will track artwork, artists and locations of where specific art pieces are held in the museum. An analysis of the environment will be covered, along with a description of the problems and constraints. A description of the objectives of the database environment along with the scope and boundaries are included as well. Lastly, a small list of data specifications is included.

This, in turn must include the artist’s name, the name of the work of art exhibition in the room where this work of art inside the museum. This database could include subfields as the origin of the artist, the time of this work of art, whether the work originated from the museum or borrowed from other museums and the duration of the loan. At this stage, logical design starts from the result of conceptual design, which is changing to suit the technology to be employed. More specifically, it is necessary to fit the model of the database management system to which a user wants to implement the database. To develop this database, we will use Microsoft Access. Access is a database tool for gathering all user information and understanding numbers, inventory, guest lists, whatever a user desires to track and provides a convenient way to enter, navigate, and report out user data. A good database design ensures easy maintenance. Information is kept in a log and each log holds information about an object, such as artist. That being said, when updating a section of the information, an edit instantaneously shows up through the entire collection of data. An appropriate constructed collection of data normally includes various types of inquiries that display the required data. An inquiry can show a subgroup of information.
