Summer Health Program

As it just so happens, I have been trying to limit the amount of junk food that I intake. While it is not bad to have a dessert at the end of the day, we must be more aware of what we are eating, how much, where it came from, and regulate a fitness program along with watching our diet to create a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I have been aware of great changes in my food choices over the course of a year and a half. It began by developing an addiction to soda, mainly Dr. Pepper. Since then, my diet has fluctuated since then to one extreme to another. I have been really healthy at times, however, I did have a daily soda intake, but that was my only junk food. Then as my circumstances changed I began to fall back into old habits of snacking a lot, and I began to eat a lot more junk food than I ever have. While I used to eat a lot and snack, I didn 't intake as much junk food then that I do now. I have been watching my weight carefully and regulating an exercise program to help me balance out the amount of junk food intake I have. However, due to school and family situations I have not been able to do this adequately. To combat this bad situation that I have trapped myself in, I have developed a summer health program for myself to become more healthy. However, I am not the only one with bad habits and consume too much junk food. Our modern society has also developed an appetite for unhealthy food with risky consequences.
