Introduction The heart of the faculty role can be found in the scholarship of teaching. An important attribute of any scholar is having the ability to effectively communicate the knowledge he or she possess to the students (Finke, L., 2012, p.8). DNP scholars should pave the way to new development of needed advanced competencies for increasingly complex practice, faculty, and leadership roles. In today 's healthcare reform, role nursing plays as part of a high-functioning health care team is more important now than ever before because DNP scholars can impact education, informatics, public policy, public health and administration to improve policy making, academic and leadership health system roles.

What do you love about teaching or being a teacher? I love being a teacher because I like connecting the dots for the students when they learn new things and finding how to integrate what they knew and were continuing to learn (Burson, 2014, p.67). When the student understands the concept of theory and applied to clinical practice, the student can bring the knowledge into practice. Moreover, as a DNP Scholar, I can better educate the students by applying Lorin Anderson 's Revised Bloom 's Taxonomy (RBT) new version by remembering, understanding, applying, analyzing, evaluating and creating shown in Figure 1. The new terms are defined as:
