1. Introduction
The 15FQ+ is a personality questionnaire that comprehensively assesses the dimensions of personality (Psytech, 2002). Assessments provide individuals, as well as organizations, with the necessary personality data of the members of the organization thereby identifying their potential strengths and development needs.
