Wal-Mart functions more than 1,200 stores all round the world that markets millions of diverse things that span from office goods to hunting outfits. Wal-Mart likewise has an online store that offers many things not located in the stores. Transferring that much manufactured goods obliges Wal-Mart to handle every single article in their stock throughout the world carefully to have every store effectively stocked and guarantee there is adequate manufactured article to meet the demand. To do this Wal-Mart’s organization must carefully operate through the organizing function of management to maintain stock, trace what stores need and what inventory and the quantity, and guarantee that the inventory is collected on the roster.

One important way Wal-Mart has enhanced how it classifies is by demanding the providers to use radio frequency identification labels on the all of the manufactured goods they sell to Wal-Mart. By exercising this technique Wal-Mart can store the product in key delivery centers and classify the product by what is transporting and when. Things not transported directly are separated
