Homeschoolers are motivated by a variety of reason. The reasons could be philosophical, political, religious, feminist ideology, violence in the schools, or just academics. At the end, the motives are the same “We all decided to take a stand and find a better way to educate our children.”
There is no right or wrong way to homeschool. While many families rely on educational programs and videos, others do not own a television set. Some are highly regimented and have set schedule and tests, others work whenever time allows. Many use outside sources to teach their children, while others teach all the subjects themselves.
The truth is that not everyone is fortunate enough to have such an opportunity. Perhaps, the family needs the second income or they simply feel that they could not do it. If the reason is the ladder, I must say that anyone can homeschool their children. There are plenty of assistance out there, therefore you are not alone. There is no need for the parent to remember every subject the child will learn, however you need to have the willingness to learn with them and be involved.
Being able to provide each child the one to one attention, offering wholesome and eloquent social opportunities, and assisting with the difficult concepts is a gift that you will provide children if you decide to homeschool them.
