Today, the impact of organizations lives from a formal perspective and takes on a total affect on how humans act. The behavior can stem from what is eaten, and the settings that individuals’ chose to take for granted in an organization. The notification of organizational behavior comes after observing either good or bad results to show that individuals’ do take aspects of lives for granted. . Scientist use the technology of methodology from a scientific perspective to help individuals’ better understand how organizational settings work (Jex & Britt, 2008). Take, for example, a group of individuals’ playing spades regularly on a specific night of the week would identify a patterned human behavior of characteristics in an organization (Katz and Kahn, 1978). Thus, a clarification needs to distinguish and define formal from informal organizations in organizational psychology. Formal organization generally have to state something in writing regarding the purpose for existing for a continued period of time by defining an organizations characteristics of business transaction as an agency involved in government, or of an organization with a nonprofit status. Likewise, an informal organization is self explanatory because these individuals formed a group as mentioned earlier who did not establish a formal statement in writing to unite in a group as an organization to show leadership. Moorhead and Griffin, (1995) indicates that friendships of an informal nature did exist in formal organizations and helps employees’ with implications. Vice-versa the tables turn and the formal organizations better understand the status of how hierarchy develops in organizations of an informal organization. The final definition of organizational psychology is the study of an organizational setting observing behaviors of a human in an organization, in relation to the organization itself (Moorhead and Griffin, 1995, p. 4).
