Should college athletes be paid just because people make money off of them? The answer is yes, the amount of work college athletes put into their sport when their sport is in season is more than the average worker in america. Some people believe that the college athletes already have more advantages over the other students, and that should be enough, because their coaches make sure that they pass school no matter the circumstance and how bad their grades are. When a single puts in more work than an average american, and there is money being made off of them daily, why shouldn't they be paid? It's really not fair for the athletes to put in all of this work and most of them don't get anything out of it.
